Can I make a reservation without a credit card? A valid credit card is needed to guarantee your reservation,

How do I know my reservation is confirmed? As soon as you have completed the booking process the confirmation page appears. We also email a copy of this confirmation to you. Your confirmation includes all of your reservation details,

How can I see how much it will cost? Once you have entered the dates of your tour, the available tours are listed, with the rates clearly displayed next to them.

You can always contact us to confirm availability, before you book.

Why is my credit card not working?

Did you put in the right ZIP Code and address of the card holder? Be sure that your card can be used abroad.

 

Departure location

The location is written under pickup location.

 

Do I need to take my voucher?

Yes you are required to present your voucher at the departure point/tour desk.

 How can I pay?

Payment can be made by credit card or by PayPal. If you would like to pay via bank transfer, please contact us and we will send you an invoice.

 

I am interested in one of your private tours, but I would like to change one stop of the tour, is it possible?

All our private tours can be customized according to your request

I am already in Lisbon | Algarve ,  but I have lost my voucher.

This is mandatory to have your voucher, otherwise you cannot do a tour.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation more than a week in advance :

15% of the total amount

Cancellation between a week and 48 hours prior to departure date:

50% of the total amount plus administration fees that might be imposed

Cancellation less than 48 hours prior to departure date and time or no-show :

100% of the total amount

Tickets for Events or Attractions are non-refundable • Airport, Limousine or Coach - transfer services are non-refundable

  

Do you offer bus tours departing from the airport?

Only private tours.

Can I book a tour at the last minute when I am already in Lisbon | Algarve?

Yes you can, but we advise you to book a tour in advance in order to ensure the availability.


Legal Informations ( Regarding Children ) 


Due to legal constraints we cannot transport children under 4 years old on the following tours:

 – open top bus and tram tours. According to the law, children aged 4 – 10 years old or less than 1,35m tall require proper seating.

General information ( 1 ) 

The programs / Tours (  programs with hotel included ) are subject to a confirmation and the information available may change. This program always lacks the final program as requested.

The final program must be requested. The final program will include the name of the hotels, the main points of passage, and final circuits. Any changes will always be confirmed with the client.
