The holiday village of Village Cabo Girão is situated on top of one of the highest cliffs in Europe - about 18 kms from the islands capital, Funchal - and enjoys a panoramic view over the valleys towards the capital and the Atlantic Ocean. .\n\nIn all, we offer: studio apartments, T1, T2 apartments, two or three bedroom villas (with shared heated pool) and 4 bedroom villas with private heated pool. The villas also share tennis courts. All properties have a sea view. We also offer a free mini bus service in the village, which can help people with mobility problems to take off from the village.\n\nAccommodation:\nTelevisions and DVD players are standard throughout; towels and bed linen are provided (beds will be made up before your arrival); kitchens include fridge, freezer, stove and oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and a selection of cooking utensils and cooking tools; and all units have a private balcony or patio.\n\nVila Cabo Girão has a fabulous restaurant on site, the Atlantic, offering an à la carte menu at affordable prices, with a convivial atmosphere and a spectacular view of the powerful Atlantic Ocean. The chefs, the friendly staff, and “the view” are factors that when combined make the restaurant a wonderful place for dinner.\n\nHowever, if you just want a drink and something simple to eat, our bar (Marlin Bar) by the pool is covered. It is open daily for light meals and drinks, the bar also has a happy hour from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm every day, except on Thursdays. Every Thursday there is a barbecue.\n\nThere is also a mini market in the village, with everything you need for food, drinks, personal care products and much more. If the mini market does not have what you are looking for, feel free to ask the store assistant that they will help you find what you are looking for.\n\nThe restaurant, bar and mini-market accept euros and credit cards (with the exception of American Express and Diners Club).
